ZduneX25 This theme is sweet. Nice and clean, and definitely well done. I actually found it on XDA before I seen it was here, I thought you were holding out on us lol.
blackwing182 if you haven't tried it yet, it does work on CliqXT, nicely.

BTW, I robbed the ADW dock and icons and put them in launcher pro, still looks good. Once again, great theme, and thanks.

ZduneX25 Is it possible to patch a de-odexed framework + Sysui then odex them back? Will that break the patch?

No it isn't possible. Odex removes smali - there is transparency (in smali).

Way to kill the dream. jk It's still a bitchin theme with or w/out the transparent status bar. Honestly, I think my favorite part is the change of text color in the menus. A small detail, but easy on the eyes and looks awesome. GROGG made a deodex version of CM7.1RC1, but I hate to flash it just to get a status bar.
I do have one question, maybe someone can answer it for me. I noticed awhile back that the framework-res.apk has two res folders, at least it does when you view it inside your phone. Why? and which one takes precedence?
Just use a file explorer, browse to /system/framework/ and click the framework-res.apk, don't install obviously, just view it. Two res folders... odd.

What's the problem? I made patcher for windows you can make patch for any deodexed rom by yourself.

I don't have two res dirs in my framework-res.

No problem, I just didn't want to flash a completely deodex rom just to get a transparent status bar, but I did. I used your patcher and patched my SystemUI.apk and it works as intended.
As for two res folders in the framework-res.apk, it must only be that way on an odex rom because I don't see it anymore after flashing a deodex rom.
Anyway, I'll attach my update.zip in case someone else wants it, and you can add it to your patch list if you want to.
The patch is for CM7.1.0 RC1 and my device is a Cliq XT for the record. Thanks for the theme, and the patcher.
