NET10 Apn settings?/ How to enter unlock code

1. Does anybody know the apn settings for net10 prepaid. it's the only other sim card i have right now and wanted to see if it would work with a g1.

2. I orderd an unlock code on ebay.While wating for it to arrive I put in my Net10 sim and turned on the phone and it just boots srtaight to the setup up menu, no way for me enter unlock code. Am I do anything wrong?
