Hi, I am new here. I factory resetted my g1 to give to my girlfriend. She currently have tmobile and do not have a data plan. I hactivate it through my ATT sim card but when I plug in my GF tmobile sim card it does not read it.

Is it because I tampered with the Tmobile settings :username/password?

Is there any other way I can hactivate it? Please help!
