I am sorry to tell you that your droid pro can't be unlocked unless its sent back to Verizon. Verizon changed the factory unlock codes of its 2nd gen. moto phones with ota updates ( d2g, droid pro etc). This is why your codes don't work. There're two options ;

1- Send back the phone to verizon.
2- Wait for a software patch (not available atm )

If i have my Motorola Droid Pro unlocked, can updating it lock it again?

how did you unlock that phone

I got it unlocked through swiftunlocks@gmail.com. cost me $8 i think. (however they do say that this does not work on all phones. The IMEI number listed inside did not work for me btw, had to use the one from the settings)
And i already found out that updating (to 3.6.8) does not remove the sim-unlock. (asked a fellow dutchman who also imported this phone)

i tried 3 different company's they could not unlock my phone , also the IMEI number is the same in the settings and behind the battery on my phone.
