Can't access ring styles?

Well I recently hooked up my v3 to my pc and used p2k tools to get rid of all the stock ringtones and pictures I couldn't delete, yet now I've realised I can no longer set things as a ringtone for calling and cannot access my "ring styles" section. Would anyone be able to help?
Is there anything I can quickly change or must I reflash the phone

Delete the two .db files in audio, use p2k tools. And set it to all silent next time, its called the .db melody fix.
