I would do that except "Rename" is not one of my options in the picture menu.

you can able to rename only when you are scrolling through pics, not while viewing pics!!!

yes, rename option works fine on my phone. go into pics, highlight the pic you want to rename, press Mennu button, scroll down to rename.

think i found a bug

when i go to: menu > settings > audio > style: loud....then when i go to loud detail, the options never load it just goes back to the settings menu.

also, for the "soft" ring setting, none of my ring tones or sounds i put on my phone are showing up on the list.

Delete the two .db files in a:audio, then reboot, and you will be fine.

Hi my name is Bill and this is the 1st time I have considered doing anything to my v3. I didnt know anything like this existed, that being said I'd like to try any of a number of the mods as the phone is still working well and is unmolested.
Couple of questions, Can I make it any louder? since this has been a drawback of this phone from day one. And, what are some advantages to be gained?

If this message is in the wrong section please just move it as I dont want to hikack the thread.

BTW what is mp?

I couldn't get signal with this mp,too. However it's a great job and i believe it should be worked more.

thinking about this MP, i may have set the AMR rate to full. if thats true, the signal issue most likely lies with that mod... however it could also be your location. this MP was built on a stock Cingy. may not work on Rogers, or other companies out of "the states"

heck, i dunno. it was a year ago

now that my computer is running again im gonna continue to play with this one. perhaps some updated graphics and DRM too

I started with an unlocked and non-branded v3, which worked fine. It was BL 08.26, SW R374 G OE 42.07R A before I started. Updated to this MP and the on/off button doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone before? Or is there a recommended stock MP to go back to?

flashing the 'keypad fix flex.hs' for v3 may fix the problem. use RSDlite3.9 to flash the flex file.

Also take Battery out and then back in, helps often against power button failure too.
