v3 expert please

not to say everyone cant give there view or say but i need an expert advice i am trying to unlock a v3 razr everytime i use programs like easy p2k tools and moto unlocker 2005 it says unlocked successful but when i turn the phone back on it says contact service provider i need help plzzzzzzzzz

i have already successfully downgraded the bootloader to 07.D0

sw version R374_G_OE.40.98R

again i would really like the help from anyone who has an idea to what might be wrong A.S.P thank you

If you can use different sim cards, and the phone is unlocked, but that message always pops up. Then use p2k Tools 3, its in the download section and find the file "pds secure init" in a:
Delete that file, and the prompt goes away. That is if it is unlocked.

the motorola unlocker 2005 says it is unlocked but when turned on says contact service provider with a diffrent chip from the tmobile any suggestions

Then it isn't unlocked. Sometimes Moto unlocker doesn't work. What was the result with p2k ET 3.9 cracked version ?

Ok, now , does it work though?I mean, when a different card is in it, can you inspite the message, just use the phone?

when doing the process i did it with the tmobile chip that came with it not the one i wanted to use , is that the cause?, or it dont matter?, all i know is after using easy p2k tools 3.9 and it says unlocked when i turn back on the phone it says only one thing (contact service provider)

Yes, ok. The T-Mob card in it is not important. You can unlock with a T-Mob card, or AT&T card in it, or non atall. Makes no difference. But it would be good to know if it just that secure pds init file, which you could easily delete, or if the phone is still locked. You can test with a card from a provider, which the phone is not from. Then when the message comes, press any key, like menu, or dial a number. If it works, it is unlocked, just the message is stil there.

am not sure when the message pops up i cant access a menu but in can press 119 or 911 or 111 then just before letting go of the last digit for eg 911 when i let go of 1 it just pops up and says emergency calls only

If you have a working sim card, can you make calls to friends and so on with it?

not in the v3 but in another phone that i bought unlock

You might have RSD Lite, any of the older 3.x versions. Use it, and flash a MP for the V3 to the phone. Any, except the ones with warning. Then we know its not software related. And have to retry the unlock with different means.

i have rsd lite the latest version and could u recommend a flash for me plz ,also do u have any sort of messanger like msn or skype that would make the prob solve alot faster?

No messenger at the moment. Google for "RSD Lite download", and the choose any of the older versions. The newest is far to advanced for the old p2k phones. Use the get n00b MP from apristel, it is steady and stabil, with new firmware.
