Hi , everybody I flashed my V3 with different firmware , I very bad look what Im doing, with some one for E 398. Nothing been being wrong all time ,all operation finished succesfully but phone no wake up again anymore.
My SW : R374_G_0E.42.10R
Bootloader : R374_V3BL 07.D0
Display is black, phone only recognise UBS .Problem is, I don't make it any backup (full phone, PDS ,nothing)
If I connect him with RSD or PST is S Blank Neptune. I tried image RFDI nothing change ,all flashes finished with FLASH FAILED !!! Please can you help me somebody with my problem. Thank you so much.
Make sure you have a full Battery first. It will not charge in the Phone while the Phone is in that state.
Then you can try p2k Easy Tools to repair the PDS and frlash a working MP.
try using p2k easy tools 3.9 to repair PDS. you must Google for the cracked version of the program.
in p2k easy tools, select phone model RAZR V3, then click tab for repair, choose full PDS zone and do selected jobs.
if it still does not boot up, report here and we can take it further

I got this Gohanz v.3.9 P2K ET & I tried repair this PDS but I think is still same problem.

If you I try sommething everything FAILED.
run PDS repair again. sometimes it takes two tries. then flash a stock Moto MP from the downloads section using RSDlite3.9 (Google for it)
if still no good, you can find the RFDI image file in the downloads section under "phone files/p2k/v3/other flash files"
flash that with RSDlite -also twice if necessary
I tried so many times run PDS repair with P2K ET 3.7,3.9.4.1 but this phone dont want cooperative with me.Maybe, don't like me anymore .I tried yesterday with FD (RAMLDR)- Send ramdlr.lr, than erase memory,everything been fine but after send binary file this program go freeze or something else.After tried flashing with FB 2.62 (old one) exctracting group fine,send loader fine,erasing memory fine,flashing firmware no go to 1% .Tried with FB 3.06 go program freezy!! ok, whats happening is the phone is powering down before the flash process.
this can be tricky. i found in some cases if you disconnect the bottom portion of the phone(part with the mobo and speaker) from the handset it will flash 100%.
to do this can be tough. remove the two screws under battery cover with #7 Torx screwdriver. separate this part from the back of the handset, careful not to rip the cable attached. use a fingernail to pop of the cables from the jack. plug in the mobo to PC with data cable and run p2k easy tools.
set up the program for PDS repair. now you need to hold the battery against the terminals to power the phone. if Windows goes "ding-dong" the phone is connected, you could also confirm this by running RSDlite to see if the phone appears as S-Blank Neptune
if the phone does not show up this will not work. at this point you could either perform a testpoint, or reassemble the phone and try repair without testpoint.
it would be best if you dont need to testpoint. Google "how to testpoint v3" to see the procedure on youtube.
RSDlite 3.9 is best for flashing the v3 in this state. the old F&B 262 is useless. if you must use F&B, use the newer 3.0.9 version
does the phone still show in RSDlite "BL 0200"??
having Bootloader 0200 means the phone is in engineering state, or production mode. completion of PDS repair would give the phone a bootloader of 7.E0. you could try flashing this bootloder with either RSDlite or p2k easy tools. the flash file is in the downloads section under "other flashes" same as the RFDI image.

I thinking positive but all flashes finished negative . I bought from one company switch-for test point for Razr V3 but on this switch is wrote MOT V3I.I dont know can I use him for V3? You think is this too same? But I think so. Anyway, why I have to do it testpoint if you my V3 is allready as S Blank Neptune Mode. I'm shure is unlocked because MS8 tools showed me last time - hardware is unlocked.I flashed him last week with PST crack.v.with( V3 repair bootloader 0200) after finish flash been everything ok,flash finished succesfully- phone go to S Flash Mode.After this I open P2K 3.9 and try to repair PDS with checksum with this image :R374_G_0E.40.30I_GNPO_11_RFDI_PDS002_LP0003_DRM00 01_GMMV3xx000AA019_GNPO_image.shx but result been failed & phone go back to S Blank mode.Somebody else is in same situation? RSD lite show me phone got BL 0200. I want move to forward just little bit, but I CAN'T.
Was the original FW definitely R374? I'm wondering if it is really a v3r?
I seem to recall there is a physical difference between the two - one of the slots is straight on 1 model and slightly curved on the other
I'm a little out of date so my memory could be wrong - I'll check my archive - I think I used to have a motorola document stating the differences
One obvious thing I just thought of - if you have the box it sometimes says original fw version on there - or if you remove the battery sometimes on a label there

If you will be V3r software will be R4515 but if you i got any problem before i use this flash for repair: R374_G_0E.42.10R_A_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_ 0E_V3_01_10R_GSMV3XXT677GA193_1FF. 100% I'm sure is R374 & on the lable under battery is V3.I tried connect V3 with P2K (repair PDS with testpoint & without testpoint this screen is same. .I think this testpoint no working (this switch: ServiceGsm - Magic Testpoint Adapter For V3r/V3/V3i)

Your image is not there (removed). The only sure way to know which model v3 you have is to remember the first line in bootloader mode (hold *+# and power on to get there) before you started flashing. Since you've put the R374 RFDI on it, I suspect it will tell you 'R374' now, regardless of what it might have been. There is no visible difference between the 3 models, except the V3re (R3443) has three tabs on the battery cover, unless it has been replaced. All three phones say "V3" on the label. The firmware only shows the rev. starting with "G" (gsm), not the product prefix (e.g., R374).
You need to see "Connect to: Blank" mode for PDS repair (Hold the button on your "magic" switch while powering on). That's why ERROR: repair failed. Could you possibly have plugged it in upside down? (I don't know if it's possible, never used one.)
When you get success, just flash your stock MP over it all - just be sure the MP is not locked, or you will be doing this all over again. Good luck.

First thing, I looked again better on this label & there is S/L CFWG0851CA. I google it about this Factory Hardware and he showed me is for model V3. Can you tell me, how i put my V3 to bootloader mode if my screen not working,only keypad light up..(at all).I tried conected this testpoint switch upside down but nothing change, maybe is broken or scrap how i know? I don't know what is wrong PDS or Bootloader is stuck??? I can't make just one positive step
Today I tried make Testpoint on my V3 because Im not shure this switch working. I cutted this cover but I don't know is on right place?? Can you look for me somebody & tell me where is exactly please.I looked on google but my phone looking under this metal cover different how Razr V3. Here is picture:
picture is difficult to see. it looks like the correct point. you should see two solder points where you circled in the pic. the bottom one is the correct point to "short"
use the attached mini program to see the proper location better
be careful not to touch any other point during the process.
there is a simple way to confirm difference between v3 and v3r. on the front you will see an arch or "smiley" under the Motorola logo. a short one (approx. 7mm) is a v3, a longer one (appox. 10mm) is a v3r.
have you tried flashing with p2k easy tools??
in post #1 the listed s/w and bootloader, was that you actual s/w version or was it what you were trying to flash??
Yesterday I tried to do it TP but on wrong place. This TP selector showed me where is exac. this short sold.point.
Today I done TP and tried repair PSD with MsTool 8 Release but I think is not finished good.
I did, what he show me on the screen but this going round and round:
After this operation I can use this flash (bl_826-828_to_07d0_for_V3_by_Archy.V2) & I get back my Orig.BL 07.E0. My screen go to first time after 6 months to BL mode with(*+#+ power) on the this sreen been: BOOT LOADER

Once you have the BL 07.D0 and RFDI s/w, you should be able to flash your final MP with P2K ET. Check your IMEI - the one time I tried this method it changed on me; I never got back to that phone. Looks like MStools can repair it if necessary, I have never used that utility (I try to avoid warez).
