debrand motorola razr v3

hi guys and gals can anyone please tell me what is the easy way to debrand my motorola razr v3 and what software i need and full step on how to do it. many thanks for your time and help in advance

easiest way would to flash an already unbranded MP from the downloads section
first you need to confirm your s/w and bootloader version on the phone. with phone off hold * and # keys, then press power to see the info
next you need Flash&Backup3.0.9 and the Moto USB Handset Drivers. install them on PC
now run F&B3, plug in phone with data cable to PC. Drivers will install
unplug phone, power down, hold * and # press power, when bootloader screen appears plug phone in to install additional drivers

once drivers are installed power up phone and backup the phones s/w using F&B3. click Read tab, select phone profile, choose SHX as the backup format, click Read Data to backup phone

you can use the Write tab to flash the MP of your choice once a good backup has been made
