Phone not recognized by pc after flashing

Hi , please help me
I was flashing my razr v3 .Later the flash didn't worked, so i flashed it again then in a hurry i removed the usb cable in between now the phone got restart & and it shows only black screen and keypad shows light . Later i restarted it again the same problem . I tried to connect my phone to pc it showed that my phone is not recognized . Rsd also didn't recognised my phone .
i downloader p2k easy tools too but when i opened my phone which is connected to pc it showed phone cannot be recognised
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee HELP ME

Take out the battery for a few seconds, put it back in again and press the buttons *,# and power on at the same time.
Hopefully you will get the bootloader screen. Then connect your phone to the usb cable and see if RSD Lite recognizes it. If so, reflash the phone.

Make sure the Battery is full. It will not accept charge while the phone is in BLMode.

hold * and # while inserting battery. or insert battery, hold * and # then press power.
if you cannot get RSD to recognize the phone after a few days you may need to TP

ok windows does not recognize it ... how to perform tp !!!! please help ... keypads light up for few seconds and screen is as usual black ...
