Strange Screen Problem

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I have a strange screen problem on my modded V3,

Boot loader 08.26
Sw Version R374_G_0E.40.9AR.

The phone works fine in all apspects until it goes into "sleep mode", when I wake it back up again by opening the phone, the inside screen stays pure white showing no information at all, I can still use the keys to call but cant see anything, to get it back I have to turn off the phone and start again

I have turned off the screen saver completley as I thought it was that which was the problem, but I still have the same problem

Any Ideas?

Could be a bootloader conflict. You could try to reflash your current version. 08.26
But I believe it is hardware. The flex through the Hinge will have a Problem.

Thanks for the reply, I tried to reflash the bootloader but i keep getting an error "Error checking RAM Downloader", I can flash monster packs to the phone but not a a bootloader, I have tried with RSD and F&B but get errors whilst doing it.

I managed to sort out the Bootloader problem by using

Archy's 08.26 Bootloader Downgrader to 07.D0 Vers

I now have the downgraded bootloader and I will see if the problem persists

Final One for today

Dumba I am on my knees in thanks for the probable downloader idea, using Archies downgraded bootloader flash file I did manage to reflash the bootloader, all other ones failed, so the only thing I can think of was that the corrupt bootloader was preventing it being overwritten. Anyway now with bootloader 07-DO I get no repeat of the white screen problems when the phone comes out of sleep mode.
