Perhaps. Sometimes it can be fixed just by flashing the original firmware with RSD Lite, sometimes not. You would need a Windows pc, the RSD Lite program, Motorola drivers and the R3443U2_G_0E.C0.17R.sbf file to flash. Drivers can be downloaded from Motorola support; google the others. btw, your phone is a V3r (probably T-Mobile) - V3 firmware starts with R374.
