I have posted this probem on two sites today. I don't know if that's against the rules. I have never played before.

My problem is this:

When I go Multimedia > Sounds > Play : there is no sound. I see the player - it looks like it is playing, but there is no sound.
It is exactly the same when I go Office Tools > Voice Records > Play.

However, if I go Settings > Ring Styles > __ Detail > Calls : I can go through the list of available ring tones and hear them all.

Also, if I call my phone it does ring.

I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix this problem.
