well, I have the same issue. Bootloader was 07.E0. I tried upgrading using FB3 and the generic R374_G_0E.42.17R_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E _V3_01_10R_GSMV3XXT677GA193_1FF.shx file. Now RSD Lite says it is connected to "Blank S Neptune LTE"

No touchscreen, limited screen size, keyboard, memory, processor, clock speed, to name a few. P2K OS is sufficient to exploit all capabilities of this hardware.
