i got my htc G1 android and i want to unlock it i got the imei number but cant get the unlock code would some one help me plz. my imei number is (removed. sensative info)

welcome to MMM, please do not post your IMEI number. it contains your phones identity and could be cloned.
to unlock the phone you must use an unlock site. be sure to find a reputable one, because there are some scams out there. i cannot recommend any good unlocking site, just Google "unlock HTC G1" and there should be plenty of pay sites willing to unlock using the IMEI code
there are no free methods for unlocking the G1. you must pay for the code, or get it from the service provider which the phone came from originally.
