This is a simple port of the ICS SDK, for the N1:
compiled with 2.6.37.6 kernel from cm 7.1
edify script/recovery (tested with clockwork)
the zip file isn't named properly, this port is signed
requires full wipe/have a nandroid backup
first boot can be a bit lengthy so have patience

Ui (no action bar)
Data (buggy/3g not stable at all)
Gapps (not part of build/market not tested yet, gmail/g+ both work)

camera
display orientation

This is a stripped down version of what I have working on my n1, if you know how to tweak a few things and find the correct gapps, you'll be able to browse, sync email, live wallpapers, text and use contacts from sim with this port, some of which may be updated here later.
