HTC "my touch slide 3g" (T-mobile)
htc says this operates at/ supports :
Frequency Bands GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900
UMTS: 2100
so i got it unlocked but cant get 3g on ATT even though i believe the 850 and 1800 are the ones i need on AT&T

Not 100% familiar with US providers but are you sure AT&T run along the same UMTS freq?
If so then have you checked under wireless settings > Mobile networks > Access Point Names (APN) and made sure the AT&T settings are thereGalaxy SII - CM7 @Stock speed, 16gb + 16gb Micro SD
Galaxy S - CM9 (kind of) @ 1.5ghz, 8gb + 16gb Micro SD

Tmobile ---
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 EDGE Radio
WCDMA 1700 USA / 2100 UK and the rest of the world 3G RADIO
AT&T----
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
WCDMA 850 / 1900 USA / 2100 UK Rest of the world Radio
in other words you would not get a tmobile device that has 3G radio freq available on atnt
if the two company over lap on signal we would not get any 3G coverage at all for any of the gsm carrier...DISCLAIMER
