I have rooted my phone using unrevoked and installed the cyanogenmod 6 which is a very great mod really helps with the battery but since I had rooted it the carmode keeps on coming on and off and it really glitches my phone and I don't have the market app and then I downloaded it and it wont even work. Can anyone please help. (HTC EVO 2.2)
report these bugs to Cyanogen Forums in the EVO section. as for the market, you need to install the Gapps.zip from Recovery menu. then Google market should work fine
Normal after flashing a CM7 ROM. Need to also flash the gapps.zip from the rcmenu like [MENTION=76466]zedbra[/MENTION] said. [DO NOT WIPE] its just an add-on.
1. Place gapps-gb-20110307-signed.zip on root of SD Card.
2. Turn off phone.
3. Boot into Recovery
4. Flash .zip from SD Card
5. Locate gapps-gb-20110307-signed.zip and flash.
6. Restart Phone.
