There are for some versions of it, I believe they might all have it, question is, how good is the release.. I have the vibrant, tmobile's galaxy-s, we have it, but with issues.

yeah. Samsung has said in the past they guarantee a 2.2 update. they said they can't guarantee any updates past that since they don't know what future hardware requirements might be

my vibrant 4g is running 2.3.4 with no problems at all (well just a weak wifi signal but other than that its great).
