Root LG GT540 2.1 with 1 click
!!!! Use it to Your own risk !!!!!!
Put your phone into USB Debugging Mode first and connect your phone.
This is simple method. Download the zip file. Extract it. Navigate to the extracted folder and run the file "root.bat" a CMD prompt will pop up and start doing it's work, don't press anything. When the process is done your phone will restart and the cmd prompt will close, your phone will then be rooted.

only run root.bat and No app in list
i Have this rom
We will need a couple of downloads first, so download these files:
V20C Orange France Fastboot ROM (It doesn't matter that it's Orange France, we are replacing the software anyway, I recommend this one as it fixes some calling issues by flashing a new baseband (or Radio).
