My advice is root it then wipe it (full wipe) and finally use Battery Calibration form Market.
It'll allow Android to refresh it's battery stats for one thing, Android unto itself it pretty lousy at reading it without error from my experience and I've used a multitude of devices all of which suffer from it.

The best thing to try is turn off syncing, data, gps and WiFi for a few days and see the results. Also widgets are a huge drain if they update frequently.

I don't even use wifi or 3g. Is there any other options? or should I do a factory reset?
I don't want to lose all my apps just on a hunch.

Ok, I did a Factory Reset. Hope this helps.

Did a factory reset and installed juice defender. Now I lose 10% of battery in 2h 33 min. with min usage.
Should I expect more from my battery? Or is this ok?

I forgot to add this. I use go launcher ex.
