The LG Rumour Touch LN510 is not an Android phone. In fact, it is/was what is being called a "feature phone". These phones generally hide their operating systems. They can usually be upgraded with either proprietary apps or Java apps.
It is a pity really. Some of them had enough hardware to run a small OS like early Android, but the phone makers want us to throw them away and buy new product.
