did i mentioned that my phone is stuck in white screen mode and the phone does not turn to boot loader mode when i pressed

what is rsd lite says while connecting s flash nepune Lte 2 or connect it as unknown device(windows device manager)?

if it connect it as s flash nepune LTE 2 ,u can follow method(software TP) i mentioned above

but i didnt get boot loader mode when i pressed *+#+pw. the phone shows only the white screen.

does any one know repair centers in chennai that would bring back my phone to normal??

try hardware test point,refer osta's reflash tread for hardware test point PM me if any links(images & video) are not working
[no need to cut shielding for hardware test point in some images shown as shield is removed or cut it is just shows actual test point position]

did u write start_SW(or boot start) using ram ldr2 ?

u don't have to hardware test point if u get sblank neptune lte2(hardware tp is used to get sblank)

i had done harware tp and flashed extrememoto.
everything works fine except the memory card.
it shows formatting failed.
i had tried formating with card reader.
but wen i insert the memory card it shows formating failed.
so anyone please help me.

that is because of keypad flex connector or memory card slot problem.

yeah memory card is working fine in card reader.
