Question I've changed hex codes to my phone

I was utilizing the goldcard method to root my phone by unlockr.
however i mistakenly changed the hex codes to my phone instead of my sd card.
    what can i do?
    I have a mytouch 3g 1.2 (with the jack).
Can anyone provide the 0-170 (including 170)
hex codes so that I can try and fix my phone?

To get the hex codes you can download the HxD hex editor off of download.com.
Then, install the file and run it as an administrator.
After running the file, click on Extras -> open disk.
Under physical disks, there should be a drive (which could be a number of things depending on what is plugged into your computer).
Make sure to choose the phone.
For me, my phone shows up as Hard Disk1.
Uncheck open as readonly, and open the phone.
Now within the code, right click and select Select block or press
    Ctrl + E.
Start with the offset 0 and end with offset 170.
Make sure it is on Hex and click Ok.

Then go into edit -> copy.
and if you can reply with the numbers maybe I can fix my phone.

If someone could please help me out...
I really need my phone for work.

    Please..

You dont edit anything on the phone for goldcard, the edits you make are to the card only.

finish the goldcard method, and flash a saphimg to the phone. that should fix it.

Again, NEVER use a hex editor on the phone itself.
Thanks Sublime1184 for the awesome siggy

My phone is fully rooted and flashed with Cyanogen, through the gold card method.

I was attempting the gold card method by using the phone instead of an micro SD adapter.
However, I forgot to enable SD card access through my phone
and assumed that the only visible drive was my SD card.
After I changed the hex codes to the phone itself, (which i checked.. the first 0-170 was exactly the same as what my SD card is now)
my phone's screen changed greenish and is now difficult to see
    in the light.
I can completely assure that the Hex codes to my phone have changed because I realized my mistake when I clicked on my phone and realized that the SD card was not enabled.

What should I do? Will utilizing hex codes from another person change the screen back to it's original color?
This phone is fairly new and I hate that it's so difficult to see now.

I wouldnt advice anyone to play with the hex of there phone, even pulling it. Try to wipe and reflash your phone.
