You say install terminal from market.. but all terminal apps FC..

not exactly true. I'm using a paid app SUBFS, and it was well worth the money! no FCs here.


BTW, GREAT ROM DUDE! This one FCs rarely compared to OpenCliq Concept 1.0! As for the controversy of
the OpenCliq ROM, I'll give him the benefit of a doubt. His rom wasn't exactly the same thing.

Great job on the ROM anyway! I'm awaiting V3, BTW is there anyway to switch the SMS/MMS blur app with handcent SMS?
I installed Handcent SMS, but now I get 2 notifications for recieving txts lol. Handcent is my main txting app, but I
still get 2 notifications.

I'm not actually using the Blur messaging app (I also dislike it haha), but rather the stock 2.1 one. If you have Root Explorer, you can go to /system/app/ and delete Mms.apk. That way only Handcent will notify you.

Or you could just go into the stock messaging app, go to setting and uncheck the box for notifications

Maybe it's a bug ... when touch the contacts icon on launcher pro app, the phone will freeze. The solution was remove contacts from launcher pro and access it from Phone app.

Another bug ... i installed K9 Mail, started fine but when i configure my mail account this will freeze. With Maildroid works fine.

I am having force close errors when trying to put an appointment into my calendar. Anybody else having these issues?

hey i did noticed one issue. when people send me picture messages and i go to view them, the pics are really really small... kinda hard to see them. even when u save them they are tiny. is there any way u can fix that?

hey guys im having a wierd problem, i flashed this rom last night and everything was fine til like a half hour ago when it just stopped getting service, i rebooted a few times, pulled the battery, and i cant get it to come back...any ideas?

Dude, this happened to me for a day. I rebooted a few times, wiped a bunch (im talking everything) and pulled the battery for about 5 minutes... When I booted after pulling the battery i was going to get a new sim (cuz that may be the prob as well) cuz it didn't work for an hour. After an hour or so, 3G started to work. Odd eh?

The Contacts icon on the Launcher Pro dock is tied to the stock Contacts app in 2.1, it doesn't work directly with BlurContacts. Just replace the icon with the correct Contacts.

Not sure on this, it might just be a limitation on the filesize of MMS. The pictures do look really small. You can zoom in, but that only does so much.

yeah there is no setting for me to change it and i hate that lol. when u zoom in on the pics it makes it look like crap

My bad, I skimmed the first post and missed that issue. I actually have been using pure calender the whole time, but when I try to add an appointment, it needs to use the Android calendar to input it, which then force closes. Any work arounds for that?

I also noticed that when I use the camcorder, it records the videos rotated. If I'm holding the phone verticle and record something, then play it back, it rotates the video (phone still verticle) so the bottom of the video is now on the right. I can't just turn the phone because it turns the video too. Does this make since how I'm describing it?

Other then this and the other minor known issues, I'm really liking this Rom. Nice work man.
