This used to be just a ROM where I removed a bunch of APKs, but I'm actually editing things now.

For whatever reason, I can't seem to include Superuser 2.2.2 within the ROM for now, so you have to flash it after, just like toxigenicpoem's ROM.

Instructions:

Download both the ROM/Superuser and put them on your SD card
Do a full wipe (data/cache + dalvik)
Flash the ROM.
Flash Superuser immediately after.
Reboot
First boot will take a while, be patient (it can take 3-5 minutes)
If you require Terminal, download it from the Market. Otherwise, enjoy!

To setup Wifi Tether:
1. Open Barnacle
2. Press Menu Button
3. Enter Settings
4. Select "Skip wpa_supplicant" (Motorola Droid Fix)
5. Happy tethering!

I've removed 52 apps/services (added a couple to replace them though) from the leaked 2.1 ROM, which definitely makes things zippier. Let me know what you guys think.

The same way you flash the ROM. Flash the zip from your SD card.

No, flash the ROM, don't reboot yet, flash Superuser, then reboot.

It'd probably work like that though.

i think i found a bug... i can´t play videos from gallery. just works when i try to open inside camcorder..

sorry guys, I'm a huge noob. and I'm wondering if you have to root first if you want this correct? and I'm using the leaked 2.1 at the moment. I unrooted from an adlxmod 1.0, and then moved to the leaked 2.1. just saying for informational purposes. because I would be willing to try this ROM out and give feedback after a day.
