if you have to ask, you're most likely in the wrong forum...
you need to root and flash a custom recovery kernel before you can load custom roms.

if you've done that already, then load the zip file onto your sd card. Boot into recovery and flash update from zip. but make sure you wipe first.

B2 testing is in progress. As soon as the reports come in that the implimented fixes are good, and all is stable, it will be released. Hopefully soon!

Have you fixed the camera issus in this beta2?

Just testing it for a few hours now...mainly for data and gps.
So far its been doing good. Havent had 1 reboot yet.
Toggleing GPS ON and OFF does not reboot.
I have great 3G signal - I have a cell tower like 1 block away from the house so I always have 3G.
Drove around for 20min (well wife did) and Data always had a connection. Did not notice any dropped data.
While out driving, I was using Maps to show my location and its dead on where im at.
Havent used navigation yet...will do it when I take the kiddo to school in the morning.
WiFi works. Switching from WiFi to 3G works flawless and seemless.
Received 2 phone call and 2 SMS and worked well. Didnt think to test the screen if it turned off or not while on a call. Will test it tomorrow...
Like I said only a few hours and nothing but positive feedback so far. Will test minor details later. So far Very Happy!!

I think that I'm so nervous and impatient as everyone here but, if possible, I'd like to make some questions (maybe nobody will answer to not fake the surprise but I must try )

- Is gps/navigation fully working?

- I heard that the camera issue could be being solved at this moment and testing in another rom, is fixed in this version?

- Are any customization options (as in ngiordano's rom) in this release?

Yes, as far as I can gather from every one data location and gps are working A-OK. The camera is a tricky fix, he's working on that as well as a native apps2sd ATM. I'm goin to talk to @Br3ttu as soon as I see him online, and if all is still good, I'll post this afternoon!

If I wasn't at my office at this moment, I would be doing a wave with my arms right now please, please, upload it this afternoon, please, please, please
