Just installed it to see if it would get rid of the "Mobile Network State: disconnected" I got on previous versions, and got stuck at the "SuperOSR" static loading screen upon system reboot.
Reverted to SuperOSR 2.1.1, and now the SIM card is automatically unlocked, even when "Lock SIM card" is enabled... weird...

Having said that, love what you are doing with these ROMs

Me too - no jitterDroid, just the static screen. First flash on freshly rooted phone was fine. Then flashed CoolstryBro's Peach-flavored cm7 to see what it looks like, then went back to OSR 2.1.1 to see the differences from 2.2, no problemo. But when I flashed 2.2 again it froze (>20 min.).

I did notice the battery charge indicator in the top pixel row, like the XT. Both this and XT vers. have the Weather frame overlap of the Day/Date text in the clock app, but I think you're aware of that.

A minor point - in the notifcation pull-down the "Clear" tab said "Burro" or something...

The good news is that it easily reverts to 2.1.1. Also, just to note - I had unlocked the phone with the memdump.ko install. IDK how that would cause a freeze, but at least it still registers on AT&T.

Weird. Did you wipe fully, even sd ext partition (do you use app2 sd? )

Sounds like a wiping issue to me, like if you had still something remaining from previous rom.

No, wiped all each flash, pretty sure. I'll try 2.2 again; maybe I forgot. Another thing, the keys on this brick are a bit grumpy, so I use 'adb reboot recovery'. But I don't think it cares how it gets there.

Hi,

I just unlock my Orange Dext following a long flash/root process...

I went from the italian 1.5 custom sbf (3G fix) with root + CWM chocolate and flashed SuperOSR 2.2 then Azerty 2.1. After 20+ minutes I was still on blue splash screen...

I retried flashing SuperOSR 2.2 without Azerty and still the same problem after 10+ minutes. (static splash screen).

Then I tried flashing SuperOSR 2.1.1 with Azerty 2.1.1 and the hardware keyboard was totally messed up. ('a' key sends return or back, q sends '\' and so on - same problem reported above in the thread).

Finally I flashed SuperOSR 2.1.1 without wiping and I'm back in qwerty.

I hope you can fix Azerty soon... (Merci ;-) and tell me how to get 2.2 working...

Yeah 2.2 is messed up, and won't flash correctly, thus it won't even boot. Sorry, I have to fix it...

It seems the azerty patch isn't working either for some reason... sorry for that, I'll try to fix it when I find some time...

No rush. We appreciate the effort. 2.1.1 is fine for me. All your work is great, regardless.

Odd about the azerty problem - I'll browse the code again & see if I can learn anything (don't hold your breath).
