anyone get this working on a Brazilian Milestone? If s what version build? Mine is rooted and I can install the app. When I click"load module" for the first time the app just hangs. I eventually have to FC the app. After that, the phone reboots when I select "load module"

I have tried and work like charm
IMHO setcpu is not necessary, because as default , ondemand is active and max freq will follow set by milestone-overclocki love my [ razr2 V8 ]

I've overclocked my milestone to 800 and 1GHz but when I checked the cpu speed using SystemPanel app, its still shows speed between 300-550MHz. Can any of u guys test the SystemPanel app?

FYI guys..
if you need to change your cpu clock automaticaly every time phone reboot just go to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?p=6533859
and setcpu is very important because it can set your cpu to lowest clock (while in standby so this process make you gain performance with battery ...and also as a moment for your hot cpu to cooling down at the momentLast edited by harunjo; 05-20-2010 at 10:59 PM.

Dynamic clock changing still present even without SetCPU. SetCPU just allows to tweak it from system defaults.
Overclock utility changes only max (top load) frequency, it should not affect sleep/reduced times much. I've haven't noticed any change in standby time, and I am not using SetCPU.

Yeah this is awesome, I discovered it yesterday.
Everythings been running better than before, browsing and scrolling smoother.
8.5 MF on 1000 hz.
I really really don't recommend JIT, I tried that and my phone would overheat quite alot + unstable + reboots + battery eaten up quickly.
Side note: My batterys still on full despite listning to music all morning. The overclock hasn't seemed to affect battery useage.
