In TS ROM V2b You need only to install http://code.google.com/p/milestone-o...10.apk&can=2&q apk and run with SU permission. Work great, bellow benchmark with Linpack
@ 550 MHz
MFLOPS: 4.452
TIME: 1.22 Seconds
@ 800 MHz
MFLOPS: 5.734
TIME: 0.94 Seconds
@ 1000 MHz
MFLOPS: 6.683
TIME: 0.81
@ 1200 MHz
MFLOPS: 9.129
TIME: 0.59
Take a look for Galaxy Spica benchmark resault - it's worse than resault @550 MHz in milestone
Galaxy Spica (procesor core up to 800 MHz)
@ XXX MHz
MFLOPS: 3.016
TIME: 1.79

Installed this. Great stuff. I've been waiting for this for the past couple of days ever since the top spot went to the dev of this app.
However, I think the linpack scores posted above are wrong.
Without JIT, my Linpack score is 6.65MFlops @ 800Mhz. I get ~5.5MFlops with JIT @ 550Mhz. I need to reinstall JIT again ( wasn't working well with Tapatalk Pro 1.4.6 ) and see how well this transpires.

Works like a charm on UK 2.1. So once the module is loaded, can we use SetCPU instead of the Milestone Overclock app?

Yessir. I'm on 'ondemand' mode on SetCPU 1.5.3a after setting the phone to 800Mhz in the OC app.

http://sholes.id.au/how-to/
Install JIT from that page.
It got me 11.469MFlops @ 1.2Ghz
Thing is.. Some apps that I use aren't compatible with JIT. Mostly, this is Tapatalk Pro, but theyre working on a fix for that.
And I dont know what JIT version this is btw.

Is there a way to make this persistent (ie. not having to manually load the module each time you boot the phone?)

#1 Dont reboot the phone as much.
#2 I'm pretty sure someone can write a script to exec this at boot.
I wouldnt want it to load at boot, just in case the phone can't handle the speed, say because of temperature, then it'll put into an endless boot loop until the battery is kept out for sometime.
