Hi all!! so my sis and I have the same phone, I flashed one of them to Blur_Version.0.13.37.MB300.ATT.en.US so I can upgrade to 2.1, everything went well... but when I tried to flash the other one it says FAIL... any help?!

Rsd is proprietary to motorola and many people are hosting it (warez) be careful where you get it sometimes people hide dirty surprises inside. If you think you have one of these then it is easy to look around and compare file size and checksum of other downloads... not perfect but better safe then sorry.

How does one find out their radio version. Is it under "Baseband version"?
Is "76XXC-63805040-SDCBALUM" updated or not?
If one tries to install a firmware on updated radio could it ruin the phone or can they just reflash original?

I tried to flash my backflip with att-motus-endive-3.0.1390-secure-production-supermonster-customer.sbf, following them sticky steps exactly. But the mobile goes blank after the boot screen on rebooting. I even tried the other firmwares..it was of no use..where did i go wrong ? is there no way to bring it alive ? help me please! Thanks in advance!!

P.S : i used Rsdlite 6.14 to flash my US at&t mb300

Possibly corrupt .sbf, idk. That's the latest (last) f/w for ATT motus/bf. Would have been easier to upgrade OTA/wifi, but hindsight = 20/20. Try flashing again, or find a different d/l file. You'll need an alternate method to keep the battery charged, btw. Also might try an earlier version of RSD. No telling what Moto has added to it.

^^I flashed it n times, no luck. Urm, btw i have a nandroid backup in my sdcard, can it help in any way fixing the issue ? also im unable get the firmwares, the download section here says its closed for maintenance..

If you can get to the custom recovery you backed up with (CWM?) you can restore from nandroid, but likely you've lost that - and it won't work with stock recovery. I suspect you can't even get to recovery mode (camera + power). So the only hope is a successful flash of the stock .sbf with RSD Lite.

If you read through the instructions, you will notice it's not intended to be flashed with RSD (although it will, obviously, without success). If you can get it onto your SD card (with PC adapter) and rename it to "update.zip" AND you can get into stock recovery on your phone, you may be able to update from SD card in recovery. But it's a bit of a long shot.

Since your b/l version is 5.12, you can use either one. But bear in mind it's usually impossible to downgrade.

^^Yeah i can't get into the recovery mode, after i press power + camera, i get to select volume down or up key, but the recovery screen is not showing up when i press volume down key. Isn't there any way to flash recovery.img ? ..and i have bootloader version 5.15, im unable flash 5.12 or 5.13, neither chinese 5.17 nor italian..worst case scenario Urm can you suggest me some more files ?

P.s: I had speeedyrom v10 flashed before my mobile. It bricked when i was listening to music, overclocked 748Mhz.
