when I tried to flash the 1.8 version it tells me no more space left on device....what's that all about?

Update: I had to flash 1.7.6 back to it.

it is bad blocks on internal memory, I can confirm that
and I can't find where the post is on another forum but I've talked to some people and it seems to be a common problem with atleast the Cliq Xt's (There was somewhere were people were tracking serial numbers or something to see if it was a bad batch that got made or something)

Ok so when I try to use nandroid backup I get a message telling me "Error : Run 'nandroid-mobile.sh' via adb"
I have tried using the adb shell but I cant see my device in recovery mode and this is regardless of selecting the toggle usb option.. I have the updated version and I have even tried reflashing the img.. still nada
Here is my log for inspection for you badasses out there... please help!! I dont know what to do and I have been searching for a answer for hours.... Thank you in advance!!!!

1.8.1 is now up with new key mappings, various other fixes, but most importantly a smaller kernel. this should help the people with bad blocks to flash

This is not working for me
It flashed correctly and I'm able to enter into it but I try to press volume down key or any other key and nothing happens... like it's freezed...
