1. Based of MotoBlur 2.1.54
2. Removed most of the Blur
3. adlx Kernel is used (kb7sqi patches, netfilter, swap, tun, FM)
4. zzl09 Speaker Fix incorporated
5. Gingerbread Status Bar & HandlerExploit - HELauncher (GingerBread Theme)

7. j_r0dd gScript Mod for Apps2SD
8. Added LW Support
9. Bunch of AOSP stuff. Install to find out.

WORKING:
3D Acceleration - OPENGL
JIT
Multitouch
3G Data
WIFI
Bluetooth
Camera/Camcorder
GPS
Accelerometer
Trackpad
Proximity Sensor
Vibration
Camera LED
Notification LED
Compass
FM Radio
FlashLite on Browser 9.1.123

NOT WORKING
Everything sort of works. Speaker Fix is included.

Issues
1. Audio Routing can still be an issue at times. Speaker Fix (included in build) helps alleviate the problem. It doesn't completely fix but it makes it pretty much non-existant. Also you can try firesnatch patch that helps stop the popping and makes it work even better: The Best Speaker Fix Yet!

How to Install
1. Root the Device - Instructions
2. Install j_r0dd's Recovery - Instructions
3. Place ROM ZIP into the root of the SDCARD.
4. Boot into Recovery (Power + Camera Button)
5. Nand Backup your stock ROM.
6. Choose Wipe and then Wipe *all* data
7. Install ZIP, pick this ROM.
8. Reboot System
9. Press Menu and choose Skip Setup (Motoblur)
10. Enjoy.

How to install A2SD
0. BACKUP YOUR SDCard as when you partition the SDcard everything is erased.
1. Flash ROM as per above.
2. Boot into Recovery.
3. Partition SD Card
4. Choose Swap = 32MB, Choose 384MB for EXT.
5. Choose Repair EXT
6. Reboot.
7. Wait for everything to load.
8. Open GScript, load "Enable Apps2SD", let it Reboot.
9. Open GScript, load "Move Dalvick Cache to SD", let it reboot.
12. Reboot
11. Enjoy A2SD.

Want to Improve Battery Life?
1. Boot into Recovery (Power + Camera).
2. Wipe Battery Stats.
3. Let the battery fully discharge.
4. Let it charge Completely! Then use normally.

Want to try an OverClocked Kernel?
A select few people have boot loops due to the OCed kernel. Thus if you are interested in flashing the OCed Kernel please download adlx kernel from the following link: [ROM] Adlxmod XT 2.1.54-1 for CliqXT / Quench
With the OC Kernel to use OC Features you also need to install SetCPU. You can download it from here (Click Here) or the Market (Donate Version).

If that causes you to have bootloops you can always revert back to the NON OCed Kernel also by adlx that can be found here:
kernel_cliqXT269.kb.02-signed.zip
That will remove the OC from the Kernel and maintain all the other kernel features.

Want to Improve Audio Routing?

firesnatch has made a libaudio.so file that helps improve the audio routing/quality on the CliqXT. It also fixes some of the bugs with the speakerfix. I highly recommend installing the patch via Recovery. Download information can be found here.
The Best Speaker Fix Yet!

Don't like the Gingerbread Theme?
Flash this patch via Recovery: BBMM278-StockTheme.zip
DO NOT WIPE!! This will bring you back to the stock Motoblur White Bar and stock animations/colors.

Want Wireless Tethering?
Install Wireless Tether and it will work perfectly.

I'd like to give special thanks once again to adlx for his guidance in ROM building!!

I keep getting a looping reboot. Am i doing something wrong?

Rooted Cliq XT with j_r0dd recovery. when I go into recovery, I wipe all data, then I go to flash zip from SD and select the file. After it completes installation i click reboot system and the system continuously reboots.

Can you post the logcat?
As someone said before did you do a wipe all? Did you clear the SD Ext format if you previously used Apps2SD?
--
I noticed you mentioned you had adlx before, did you install his OC kernel?

Ok what worked for me is I reformatted my sd card. I then went over the custom recovery steps and then installed the rom. After rebooting twice it worked.

I have something to report, I guess. Under your directions to install Apps2SD, Step 9, I run it and it says Fix Permissions not found.

You don't absolutely have to run fix permissions. I ran Apps2SD without it. I just always figured doesn't hurt to run fix_permissions. Not sure how it's not being found right now... sorry about that. If you really want to run fix_permissions you can do it via recovery after moving the dalvick to SD.

For those with the bootloop problems due to the OCed Kernel (seems to be a select few people) I included the link to the kernel by adlx that doesn't have OC on it but has all the other fixes included.

Hey MM, I was wondering why you didn't include firesnatch's libaudio to fix the mute problem on this rom...Is it permission (firesnatch's permission)?

ok i want to try and install A2SD this time. so when you say back up your sd card, do you mean back it up to your computer then after you are done copy everything back to the sd card. sorry for such a stupid question i just don't want to mess anything up.

I didn't attach it because on my phone it causes excessive echoing in on Speaker phone. I am uncertain if others have this issue though, so I decided to not include it on this build at the moment. However, if others get it working well with it, then I will include it on the next build.

Of course anyone can just flash his lib fix: libaudio patch for speaker phone toggle

Yes, backup everything to your computer. Then partition SDcard via recovery. Then you can move your files back to the SD once your fully booted and the SDCard is newly partitioned.
