Thanks for the great rom.

I'm trying to setup a wifi connection to a windows ad hoc network. It works unsecured, but I can't get it to work with WEP, and haven't found a clear answer anywhere. Can someone share details of their setup for successful ad hoc networking with WEP?

Thanks

Is it possible to remove App2SD completley form this rom? I want to use Link2SD, but it sees App2SD; even after a fresh install, and never touching gscript.

It seems that App2SD was pre-activated, I'm rebooting the phone now to try it Link2SD again. Can't say thx enough for this ROM btw!

Well, it seems that Link2SD cannot see the ext2 partition, and it still thinks App2SD is enabled.

Do you think you could post the source for this rom adlx? I'd be really interested in it to see if I can get an idea through.

i might be wrong, but according to his app, Download Link2SD for your Android phone on AppBrain, i think maybe it only supports OS 2.2+

It supports 1.6+. The problem is it can't mount the ext2 partition and it thinks A2SD is enabled

GSM Disconnect?

I'm not sure what this is all about let alone how to fix it or clear it. There is a data issue with this rom and it's intermittent. Any ideas or suggestions?

My battery life is less than optimal, and I know I can disable wifi to help that, but I use wifi a lot since I use GV and Sipdroid. Anyone have any killer battery conserving profiles they want to share?
Thanks in advance.

okay, so idk if this is normal or not, but it kind of bothers me...
whenever i do a re-installation of an app after uninstalling it due to an app update, it shows the up-to-date version. but now i want to restore my game data and so i do with titanium backup. when i do successfuly restore the game's data, i go back into the game and check its version and it shows me the previous game's data. despite that, is the game itself still the latest version or is it the version whatever i stored back data to? for instance, for fruit ninja v1.5.2, there was a blocky text bug, so i uninstalled and reinstalled v1.5.3 which fixes it and i restored game data, but in it it shows 1.5.2 and in TB it shows 1.5.3. so...whats going on here? not just fruit ninja, but im wondering about other games/apps too

Hi, I have tried this rom and is best one in the net.
But i have a problem with:
- Bluetooth: when i try to conect the cel to my card stereo, it only send a bad signal and nothing happens. The music never starts.
- Radio: when i receive messages sometimes the radio gets started automatically for example. I have had several problems everytime i use the radio. Is there something i can do???

Thanks for all your hard work folks! I guess I am an idiot. I never noticed there was an updated adlxmod for the XT. I just recently installed 2.1.54-1. I'm also very new to rooting and installing mods. In fact I just rooted and installed this mod last week.

Loving 2.1.54-1 so far and looking forward to installing the -2. Just finished backing up my apps in preparation. I did have a problem with the -1 that I hadn't had a chance to address with you all until now and I was curious if the same problem existed in the -2. In the -1 I wasn't able to take advantage of the A2SD. Whenever I partitioned the SD card to use this feature and rebooted the phone it would go to the ADLXmod load screen and just flicker the screen every once in awhile like it was rebooting itself over and over. Anyone else had this problem?

One other question I have is, what is the best way to keep up to date on updates for this awesome ROM?

I have no issues with A2SD in this ROM. Just make sure not to try enabling A2SD on first boot. Setup your phone and then enable it.

Does Titanium Backup automatically reinstall apps and remember my virtual keyboard setting that I am using swype? Just curious. I wipe the phone, install -2, and all my apps are there, swype is already setup. Just curious, I figure I would have to tell Titanium to restore my backup, and redo the swype.

Thanks all.
