Need help with RadioComm on ROKR E6

I'm trying to follow the directions in adding the 850 band, however I'm running into this error in RadioComm:

Sending 'RDELEM' command with data '0032000100000200' to the radio...

Returned from radio:
RDELEM ==>FAILED
Driver answer ==> 20
Error Description ==> Attempt to create USB device file handle failed: SUI::SwitchDevCfg()->CreateFile() = INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE

Command timeout set to : 10 seconds.

How do I resolve this? I've tried Settings -> USB -> M-Link USB Driver and Settings -> TCPIP -> M-Link USB LAN Driver. I did flash the phone with R533_G_11.12.08P_UNICODE_DUNHILL.sbf using RSD Lite 3.2 earlier today and everything seemed OK.

oops, DUH! I figured it out. I had to go on the phone and change from Settings -> USB -> Mass Storage to Settings -> USB -> Modem.
