I can't calibrate the touch screen

Hello

I have bought the new touchscreen to my Moto E6 because the old screen was broken. Now I can't calibrate touch screen. What should I do?? Please help me

Explanation of my problem:
When I click on the new touchscreen in one place it starts the function which is 5mm above it. (eg. when I want to start the device status, I click the menu)
The function which are at the bottom of the touchscreen like CANCEL, OK, SAVE or BACKSPACE doesn't work! So i must always use the red button and I can't make any changes in settings, menu etc.
And when I turn on the screen calibration the screen doesn't react when I tap the center of the target, but when the screen "asleep" and I tap again it react and it light up...

When Ever I use my E6 touch screen Some Time It give me response Some It got struck And Wait for Few MinutesOr else "I have To Use My Red Key After strik-ing REAPIEDly " it give some response " Plz Some Buddy help me out of it .
Even I have Wasted My 1200 rupees on my tuch pad . In motorola Authorised service center But They told Me That This phone Will Work properly After Puting new touch pad But Its Waste Even They Also Can't dected THe Problem . They R Just Taking Time For 7 to 10 Day But doing nothing .

So it is Waste To Go And Take Help With Authorised Service center's I am Really Suffer With this Problem And I am saying Ever buddy That Don't go for ROKR E6 Even MOTOROLA THEY WON'T Give U proper Response and Waste Your Time And Money TOOOO........

i like my motorocker e6 very much...am very attached 2 it..
NOW MA SCREEN CALIBRATION GOT WRONG IN THE UPPER PART OF E6 TOUCH SCREEN, AND I CAN'T USE MY "MAIN MENU"..
now a days "NO MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER,working AVAILABLE HERE"
plsssssss.........give me a solution......

Apparently it was a hardware problem right when you failed to calibrate it from the Setup menu.
Am gonna let you know whenever I got more clue for this
