What converter should I use to convert movies and music on my ROKR E6?

Hey friends, I have got a ROKR E6 and want to convert movies to its format.I tried the converter that came in the installation CD but its compression ratio is low {as it converts to .rm** . I used "xili soft 3gp converter" but it blurs the picture .Can I get a converter{3gp or some else format** that works fine for my phone without blurring the picture and having good compression ratio....I also tried nero and converted to mp4 but its compression is also equivalent to that of RM converter....PLS HELP ME OUT......

Also, is there any mp3 converter that can reduce the size of audio files to be played in mobile.......THANKS IN ADVANCE.....

try total video converter (best converter with toooo much options for pict./Audio/Size settings.

and u can reduce the size of audio file by lowering the bitrate of the song but u will get reduced quality also. this can be done using nero wave editor but best is sony soundforge..
