memory card write protected

hey der u all,i have used software called My swap and now its not getting deactivated due to this software i m not able to add or delete any files in my memory card i m not able to fomat it to
please help

Just take out the Memory card out of the phone
then you can see a small switch type button named lock
move the lock
then insert it to the phone
now you can do all things with the memory card
