I also searched for the answer and could not come up with anything. I'm not sure if this is in the right place or not but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to all those who spent there time to help and contribute to this site.
I'm getting the same error. I'm not really sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?

Louis53 Bad Blocks mean that the physical memory of your device is damaged. It's a hardware issue. You should probably ask Moto for a replacement.

I had that problem once with a cliq before, and flashed a stock firmware a everything was resolved, but dont flashed, I was told maybe I could brick my phone flashing a firmware with bad blocks.

That worked for me, I dont know who else did it.

What error would that be? There is a lot of discussion in this thread, it would help if you posted the error you got.

is the exploit :ragearoundtthecage-arm5.bin still working for this root? I have downloud it from diferent sites and every time I try to extract the zip file to the desktop it will extract all the files but this one. on cmd it said: no such file. have you used it latelly? there is other way lo root that works on cliq xt? thank you for you input.

z4 root does not work. but I realized what the problem was. since ragearoundtthecage-arm5.bin is and exploit. the antivirus in a computer immidiatly deleted it when extracted all files. I was force to remove the McAfee. them extracted and right there it was where it shut be. . I root and them re-install McAfee again . thank you

rageagainstthecage-arm5 is still the accepted way to root the phone, but you could try z4root. No matter what you do, don't use super one click.
