[APP] FLASH PLAYER FOR ARMv6 AND ARMv7 ANDROID PHONES - xda-developers

*****It has been suggested on the original thread, this version of Flash came from an experimental version (Alpha). It has been reported as working on a model of phone & not working on the same phone. It appears the ROM/Kernel/Hardware & possibly other installed apk's determine if it works or not. Rumors are Qualcomm & Adobe could be working on an official arm6 version, lets cross our fingers. But its not a fake, its testing. Good luck.

YES ITS TRUE

Some Chinese Developers of android mipad device have modded the original ADOBE FLASH 10.1 APP for android and made it compatible for most ARMv6 and ARMv7 ( arm 11 family ) devices.

the app is found to be working on most android devices with ARMv6 and ARMv7 phones like LG OPTIMUS ONE , XPERIA X8 , ZTE blade , Samsung prevail, etc..

Instructions:
1. Download and copy to sdcard.
2. Use a file manager and navigate to the apk, install it.
3. Reboot the phone and all done .

Additional notes:
* Make sure to have "unknown sources" enabled on settings > applications.
* It won't work on Opera Mini.
* Works with both froyo and gingerbread (confirmed).

* Works best with dolphin browser HD

Tested & Working on CliqXT sporting AOSPXT using Dolphin HD, give it a try & enjoy.

You can also use adb to install the apk:
adb install c:\some\folder\flash.apk

Edit: When I open a site that contains some flash content, the browser close.

[MENTION=25903]josuearisty[/MENTION] are you using DolphinHD browser? It would not work with the stock browser or opera and the original thread at XDA has those browsers as broken with this mod.

i prefer tu use hulkshare becouse you dont have waiting time to download, and it is faster, or use dropbox! (just giving alternatives)

Don't work for me on LG Optimus one with stock gingerbread rom. I've tried with DolphinHD and others...Is possible that it requires root?
The app results regulary installed as "Adobe Flash Player 10.1" but after reboot I still get the blue lego block with question mark in flash sites.

Dolphin HD closes when trying to load a flash enabled site, i'm on CM7 RC1...

Noone else tried this on an ARMV6 device?
There's no feedback anywhere, I believe this flash for armv6 is a fake

I think also is a FAKE!!

This never worked for me.
