Windows 7? Had to run as administrator. Due to the way the shortcut is created, you'll need to do the following:
    Code:
    Start
    Computer
    Local Disk (C:)
Program Files (or Program Files(x86) if 64-bit)
    Motorola
    RSD Lite
Right click on SDL > properties > compatibility > "Run as administrator"

    Try This...
    1. Turn off Cliq
    2. Start RSD Lite
    3. Plug in Cliq while holding Menu
    4. Wait for Blue screen
    5. Load shx file
    6. Start and wait for it to finish

    Hope that helps.

Thanks for the nod... but I just ask the questions. TheDude and Skrilax are the guys who have done the real work

its basically to allow SU access to apps like tether, etc.

anyone else not seeing the option in the notification bar for using as mass storage? hm ill see if its from the mod or from something driver related by testing on my win7/xp boxes at work in the morning.

Yah you have to reboot the phone for mass storage. I can't get the sudo to work. I did the adb commands and double clicked the super user bat file but every super user app gives me errors.

Ok I'm doing this now have no Idea what I'm doing but it sounded fun to remove the useless apps like imeem and others that I don't use.. lets say motorolla comes out with this update will we still be able to do it? Or is this going to mess all of it up?

make sure the bat file is in the same directory as the adb.exe file

I have a post above about that, or you can use droid explorer. I suggest you unselect the 'android usb drivers' option when installing. You will need to remount the drive with the following command from adb shell:

    Code:
    mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/mtdblock1 /system
