vchap2001 You are correct. When I updated to the newest sdk, I found out the hard way that the adb.exe is now located in \platform tools, no longer in \tools. If someone updates and tries to start adb (cd\ [enter] adb devices) and gets the error that adb is an unrecognized command, you must go to your path and change it to android-sdk\platform tools. Like I said I learned the hard way, thought my stuff was broken, lol.

Tell me, what am i doing wrong. i got motoconnect drivers downloaded and installed. then RSD lite 4.5.7(not newer, not later) installed, then restart. i got JDK 6 update 24 installed, then restart. i got SDK extracted, not installed(if wanna install it says jdk is not installed), then restart. i wrote the ";C:\Android\android-sdk_r10-windows\android-sdk-windows\tools"after what was in the "Path" even with backslash in th end, and without it. i found NO win7 32bit specific edition about non of these programs. This **** still writes me that adb is no recogniseable.
As i think/see RSD lite sees the phone correctly. I wanna do this to be able to sell this phone.(video is not continuous on this rom, so i have to make a 2.1.5 on it...)
Win7 32bit Hungarian, phone is unlocked by unlock code from ebay.

Like it was mentioned above, adb is now in SDK/platform-tools, not SDK/tools. Maybe that is your problem?

Also if you download the newest SDK it might not have the platform tools folder so you'll have to run SDK Manager and download all the updates. This info is in the adb_has_moved.txt file under /tools
