anybody have this problem?

All of a sudden, when I open the keyboard, the screen goes totally nuts! Currently on handlers 1.3 rom. Please help!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention if I let the screen go to sleep after i try to open the keyboard, it won't wake up again... basically useless till I pull the battery... always have to press the power button to go into sleep mode... this thing is all wacked out!

i think its most likely a hardware issue... i just updated to handler 1.4 and the same thing happens at the initial motoblur login This sucks...
Okay, so i wiped twice and by that i mean i wiped everything besides sd ext... than updated... same stupid glitchy screen...
Has anybody had an issue returning phones to moto while they are rooted? And if so, is there a way that i can return to stock with new radio?
Anybody ever open up a cliq or dext and see a loose video cable or something similar?

i'm thinking of adding this to the terrible cliq build quality post...

If Moto lets you return it you'll get the unrootable 1.(Whatever the number is) firmware upgrade.

If you have to return it, flash back to stock...modding IS a warranty voider. Of course I hope you don't have the need. But this is the first i've read about your problem. I don't think it is a general issue/bug. And since you wiped it a couple times and reapplied the roms a couple times, I don't think its the roms.

gotcha... do you know of anybody who has successfully taken the cliq apart and reassembled?

I've repaired a few nokia phones, and wonder if its just a loose ribbon connector or something similar...
