MB200 right frequency

Hi i have MB200 originally locked at singtel telecom (singapore), right now it was already unlocked and using it with smart telecom simcard here in philippines. For 3 months it works great until i switched with Suncellular, my MB200 have signal but wont send a text message and make a call and not receiving text messages and calls. My MB200 has 5030 baseband. and i also learned that in my area suncellular only uses 900mhz and 1800mhz for gsm and 2100 for 3g frequency, my question is do i have the right baseband?

i've also read a thread just below this one that 5030 was also used in bell canada with frequency 850/1900/2100

Sounds like you need to update the radio to one compatible with your frequencies
