My Cliq is dead?

Hi all
I have problem with my Cliq - no charge/no usb.
I flashed CM7 and clockwork recovery - everything seemed ok, but a few days ago phone died. No charge (usb and wall charger - but led is lighting), no usb connection (bootloader and usual mode). I tried to flash any firmware, change cable/charger - no result. But i can't unroot it, because there's no connection via usb. When booted, led is randomly blinking (on any firmware)
What do I do with my phone? Help me pls!

It is unclear from your description exactly what the LED is doing. Normally the LED comes on when first powered on, but goes out when booting begins. If it is flashing slowly, then the battery is discharged too much to boot the phone. Plugging in USB should boot the phone with USB power. With wall charger the LED should light steadily until the graphic display shows battery charging.

If LED activity is consistent with the above, it may be the LCD display is inoperative, possibly from a bad flex cable. If LED just stays on, then the phone is simply unable to boot for some reason. Since it seems to be a spontaneous event which caused this condition, I would not be optimistic for restoration by software means.
