Quick question.

If I choose to keep my ext2 partition, will it still works as per normal in the version 0.52?

I'm using my ext2 partition with no problems whatsoever.

thanks, i solved the gscript problem with chmod 777, now, i got FAT32 partition(not partitioned), which steps should i follow to activate app2sd(and can i move only the apps i want?) Thanks in advance.

Flash repeatedly fails to install on 0.52. I've tried my titanium backup, my astro backup, an older version, as well as downloading it from the market (it shows up there now for some reason.)

Anyone got the same problem? Any ideas?

Also, for who has problems installing flash (as me), use gscript to change the build prop in nexus, reboot, install flash, and change back the build prop.

Thanks to all that replied.
My ext2 partition is working fine in v0.52.
And my phone just rebooted once on it's own because of radio failure.

I am hoping that this will be the case as I have encountered situation whereby the radio failed but there is no Panic log created. In such a situation, the phone doesn't restart and I lost lots of calls.

this was actually on purpose :-) otherwise GSCript fails and reset's the db when its opened the first time.
after this it works fine.. so a quick fix was to copy it with read-only permissions so GSCript could not delete the file, but only read (my functions)

i have flashed the .036 as fresh system and restore the 0.52 backup.

the app is not for use on Frenzy, but its part of "Mynet.apk" which is needed for the "Files" application..
so it will not work as its for MotoBlur and for tethering using mobile net.

not every apps can be moved to sd with the native function, only those who the developers decided so.

programmers of apps need to support it, so only those made for it can be moved to sdcard.

thats why the "install unsuccessfull" only has been seen a few times..not all support it yet.

Thanks for the quick reply, i tried xscope lite and i could move it, 300kb saved lol. Btw im working in a port of a theme based purely in 0.52, only framework-res left to do.

no problem i have deleted the apk but i cannot remove the spare part apk. i only got the message that the apk cannot located.

i have deleted gscript but can you explain me how to do this?

anyone got swype installed? i mean the new 2.4 one? i have got the installer as i am betatester but only got the en and spain release
