Couple more questions...Are they all brand new? Are they factory or carrier unlocked? and can i configure the apn settings etc. to use with at&t 3G without any problems?

I just got 2 milestone, factory unlocked, new, never opened, and yes it works with at&t

GSM - Quadri-Band (850/900/1800/1900 MHZ)
WCDMA (Tri-Band - 850/1900/2100 MHZ)

and I'm sorry about that guy, I had a problem with paypal, coz I entered an wrong e-mail in ebay page, and paypal limited my account

So they come unlocked from the factory already? Don't you have to unlock it by code? What carrier are they from? Also Im guessing you have probably played around with one before. Is there any way to input the carrier settings so I can fully use data services?

thats a question that I dont know, I think its automatic, here in brazil, when you try to connect to the internet with a phone, that doesn't have the right websession, the sim card installs it
