Just plugged my Telus Milestone into the Motorola Software Update program and it checked and then showed an update was available. Rebooted and running official 2.1. Yay!!!!

Yes, SBF firmware for 2.1 Telus is available (SHOLS_U2_03.10.0), check the firmwares Superthread. It will take some little time until Google approves it for the market.
