Hey guys, here's a patch I put together for those running CM7 Stable 7.1... If you're running anything else then DO NOT flash this!

This patch will move your clock to the center of the status bar (changes the text color to a light grey), enable a date only notification status bar, and also enable transparent status bar themes to function correctly on your device. This patch will not give you a transparent status bar!!! You must use a theme that has transparency included...

Flash the zips from recovery and reboot, simple... All usual disclaimers apply!

Those of us running nightly builds should not try this cool patch?

You can try it, but I cannot guarantee that changes have not been made to SystemUI in nightly builds... If it breaks anything then you'll need to reflash your nightly or you can replace the SystemUI in the restore patch with your nightly version, resign, and flash that.
