Awesome, got everything up and running, except bluetooth, will try to get a log when I have a chance, not in a big hurry. Was at 13.37 before the rom update, so shouldn't have been an issue, but this was a refurb, bluetooth does attempt to come on so I assume that it's a config issue with the bt. Thanx a million 1.5 was slower than my netbook.

I just figured that out this morning myself haha.
What you have to do..
Change the shortcut, but DONT pick the Contacts thats immediately on the shortcut list.
Go into Applications and pick Contacts from there and it will work fine.
Has to be something funky with its default Contacts shortcut in its list that first pops up, but yeah if you go into the apps list and pick it from there it works fine.
I was using LiveHome up until this came out. LauncherPro seems pretty cool. I think Im ditching LiveHome cause its laggier and doesnt let you resize widgets like even the default Home does now. Although it seems its just the Motorola widgets I can resize but thats all I really use..

Is it normal for my app tray scrolling to be a little bit laggy? Like, all the time? Everyone's talking about the amazing speed, so I was just wondering.. Lol. Not a priority question, I'm just new to Android, so I was curious. I flashed to 2.1 already.

You can set the LaucherPro speeds to fast... I use ADWlauncher and have mine customized to look like the HTC Slide theme.....You can also set the app drawer speeds and the speed of flinging between the homescreens.. just have to configure it in the ADW settings.

Oh :v. What are the exact requirements though for it? Is it that ext3 partition on the sd card/swap or is that only for apps2sd?
And specifically is it fully working in your script app (which is absolutely stunning btw, love rebooting into recovery with it)
just run the scriptLast edited by j_r0dd; 09-26-2010 at 06:50 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

for non-at&t backflips, the reason of boot loops is radio. But the "76XXC-63805027-SDCBALUM" sbf of j_r0dd(thanks) can't be flashed due to different bootloaders.
so I made an update.zip to update your radio to the Italian version. flash the radio update, wait for restart, do a wipe, flash preclair beta.
now it works.
sorry I forgot download url, sorry can't upload to modmymobile for the bandwidth.
signed-IT_radio.zip BRSBOX
click "进入下载页" on the right, then "立即下载". sorry for the inconvenience
for those who may want to reflashed to your original roms and radios, please remeber to backup your radio.img。Last edited by mugedy; 09-26-2010 at 10:13 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

hey i just have a quick question when it say's "
If you have a boot loop issue it is more than likely because you didn't wipe or you are using an old radio. People coming from the AT&T 13.37 radio do not have issues. You will need to upgrade 1st. People using the Non-AT&T versions won't be able to flash this. You have been warned!!! Unzip and flash with rsdlite BEFORE YOU FLASH THE ROM! "
Is this a step for everyone or just people who are not on 13.37?

Wow, I didn't expect to see 2.1 for a long time, maybe this will push Motorola to release it sooner.
I have an Optus MB300:
Blur_Version.0.2.13.MB300.Optus.en.AU
76XXC-63805027-SDCBALUM
Am I right to flash the ROM or do I still need to flash the radios? Doesn't hurt to double check right?
